WP1 – Project Management

 

This work package covers the overall coordination, monitoring and quality assurance of the project. Led by Nätverk Westum, it establishes a clear organisational structure supported by collaborative tools — including a dedicated Microsoft Teams group for document management, GANTT charts for timeline control, and KPIs to track task completion and partner accountability.

 

Beyond administrative and financial oversight, WP1 ensures smooth communication and proactive risk mitigation through monthly online meetings and periodic transnational gatherings. Key milestones include a kick-off meeting in October 2025 and a final evaluation meeting in May 2028.
