WP4 – Training of Ambassadors and Teachers

This work package is dedicated to teacher training through the development of five methodological and pedagogical training modules, designed to help VET educators integrate soft skills into their everyday teaching practice. Between 8 and 16 VET teachers will be trained as «ambassadors» during an intensive 5-day event in Turkey.

Following their training, these ambassadors will act as multipliers, each delivering local training sessions to groups of 32 to 64 additional teachers. The resulting network of trained educators is expected to have a measurable positive impact on between 240 and 320 students, improving their soft skills and contributing new lesson plans to the project repository.
