The partners of the Erasmus+ project held their second transnational meeting in the Swedish town of Lysekil.

 

The focus of the meeting was the presentation of the results of the deep study carried out among students, educational staff and companies from the eight participating countries. The aim was to identify the most relevant soft skills for each target group.

 

The study findings were also presented to the management teams of adult education schools in the region.

 

In addition, the partners define the bases for the development of training modules aimed at teachers. These modules will support educators in integrating teaching methodologies that help foster soft skills in the classroom.

 

Over the coming months, the partners will continue working on collecting and identifying good teaching practices related to the development of soft skills.

 

The meeting stood out for the positive atmosphere among partners and was complemented by a visit to Lysekil’s iconic red granite cliffs, one of the town’s most distinctive natural landmarks.
